These Terms govern your use of improvements.coach and the coaching, consulting, and related services offered through it (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Dr Leah Fox Ltd, trading as Dr Leah Fox Use the Dr Fox Method ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of improvements.coach and the coaching, consulting, and related services offered through it (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Dr Leah Fox Ltd, trading as Dr Leah Fox Use the Dr Fox Method ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may browse the site, complete Apply, talk with Dr Fox, send an enquiry, and purchase programmes via Stripe. You do not need a user account on this website.

You agree to provide accurate contact details when you apply, enquire, or pay, and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Dr Fox chat and Apply are described further in our Disclaimer. They are not therapy or a crisis service. See also Crisis support.

3. Fair Usage Policy

We aim to provide a high-quality experience for all users. To ensure platform stability and fairness, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Automated Access: Using "bots," "spiders," or any automated system to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

Resource Abuse: Excessive consumption of bandwidth, storage, or API calls that significantly exceeds the average usage of other users, including Dr Fox chat and voice.

Scraping: Systematically extracting data or content from the Service for use in another database or service without our express written consent.

Circumvention: Attempting to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security features of the Service.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or refuse access where, in our sole discretion, this Fair Usage Policy is violated.

4. Programmes and payment

Paid programmes are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, cancellation, and receipts are governed by Stripe’s checkout and customer portal together with the programme description on the pricing page.

Completing Apply helps us understand whether we are a good fit. If you pay without applying, we will contact you using the details Stripe provides and may ask you to complete Apply before sessions begin.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dr Leah Fox Ltd. The Dr Leah Fox Use the Dr Fox Method name, trademarks, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DR LEAH FOX LTD, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or refuse access to the Service, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
